We believe the 3 major traps facing new business teams on their presentations are:

  1. Setting the wrong priorities – the presentation is how most clients judge an agency’s performance, so leaving it until the last moment as most agencies do, is short-sighted
  2. Lack of cohesion between the team and their message – “does the sum of the parts add up to the whole?”
  3. Poor performances from some of the team – either because of lack of preparation or lack of ability or lack of self-criticism – ‘pride cometh before a fall’

To succeed the quality of message and the messenger needs to be at the highest level.

We give ‘best practice’ for approaching the presentation and guidance on how to produce a memorable and cohesive presentation that the audience values and enjoys – specifically:

  • Building better emotional intelligence with an audience
  • The confidence to put on a performance to connect

1 day Outline Programme

This programme is highly interactive. Delegates will take part in a number of exercises, at least  one of which is video’d, and will receive extensive feedback and advice

Purpose: to help the new business team put on their best performance and so help the agency create more powerful, persuasive and winning presentations.  In an ideal world, we’d work with a team on a live new business project. However this may not always be practical and so we use a recent pitch presentation.
