Consultancy and Facilitation
Over the years we have been brought in to help our clients resolve a number of their problems which they saw as critical to their future success. The combination of our backgrounds in the marketing, advertising and coaching worlds delivers real value to our clients.
For example:
- We worked with the management board of a supermarket chain to create a strategy for them to present the company in the most effective way to attract higher calibre graduates
- For a large insurance group we helped their marketing team work out how to create a better servicing ethos and marketing initiatives inside the group
- For a number of clients we have helped them create their strongest new business pitch and rehearsed it individually and as a group to make it a winning one
