We started our training initiative focusing exclusively on the UK market but when training budgets were cut in the Recession, we extended our offer internationally. [We’re working in Toronto in early April and should be back in Switzerland in May.] Canada will be our 28th international market – proof that a “Love of selling makes the world go round!”
The first ‘elevator pitch’ recorded was delivered by the American engineer Elisha Otis. He wanted to persuade his potential clients that his elevator was ‘safe’.
